Barb Wehking has always had a personal affection and passionate view of flowers and color. Wehking was professionally trained in horticulture and later honed her creative skills at St. Louis Floral Design in the 1970's. She spent many years working at renowned greenhouses and floral shops and assisting with floral arrangements for weddings and other celebrations. With years of knowledge and experience under her belt, Wehking decided to take the plunge and open her own full-service floral shop ~ and in 2004 Bloomin’ Buckets was born.
In 2006, Wehking added another set of arftul eyes to her design team. Her daughter KC joined the company as co-owner and floral designer. KC's extensive background in photography helped to enhance the creative design process at Bloomin' Buckets. Together, this mother-daughter team is inspiring thousands with their signature floral designs.
